For optimal results, avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications for at least 24 hours prior to use. Many over-the-counter and prescription medications will produce false-positive test results. Drinking plenty of water the days prior to using POWER FLUSH will help reduce toxin levels. Limit water intake the day you intend to use POWER FLUSH to avoid over-hydration, which will result in excessive water in the urine and a urine sample that will be labeled as “dilute.”

1) Take seven POWER FLUSH capsules with a 24 oz. glass of water. Repeat every 20 minutes until all herbal capsules are consumed.
2) Take vitamin-B and creatine-monohydrate capsules after consumin herbal capsules.
3) Finish taking capsules shortly prior to your desired time to be cleansed. Effective up to five hours.
